in collaboration with Nadim Bayeh (2003-2005)

The village of Remhalla in Mount-Lebanon was razed to the ground in 1983 in the course of the civil strife in Lebanon.

Sa’ad Residence was commissioned to us by a doctor, a native of Remhalla, to construct a family villa as well as a private clinic. The programme comprises 4 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, reception spaces, and parking allocations for 10 cars (4 family, 6 guests), a study, to a domestic clinic, and a private gymnasium.
