12 Soho Square, London W1

At DSDHA (2019-2020)

Lothbury Investment Management has commissioned DSDHA to replace a tired and monolithic 1970s building in a very prominent and sensitive site on Soho Square. Conceived as an artistic composition of objects of different shades of grey redolent of the work of Giorgio Morandi, DSDHA’s proposed 12 Soho Square provides a contemporary office building sympathetic to its context and especially the conservation area around it.

I was the project architect for 12 Soho Square during my tenure at DSDHA. The external CGIs are by Dan Fisher whilst the internal views are by DSDHA (Rory Alisdair Downes).
